After more than two decades in commercial leadership, I've learnt that the biggest challenges in business are rarely solved by another report or another strategy document. More often, they're solved through better conversations, clearer thinking and better decisions.
That's why I founded Hodgetts Advisory.
I wanted to create a business that gives owners, leaders and ambitious professionals access to practical, independent support from someone who has experienced many of the same challenges first hand. Whether it's navigating an important decision, developing future leaders, delivering a strategic initiative or providing ongoing commercial leadership, my role is to help people move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Throughout my career I've led commercial teams, developed people, supported market expansion and worked with businesses navigating growth, change and complexity. Those experiences have shaped my approach: practical, honest and grounded in the realities of running and growing a business.
